1. Decide which style and colour you would like to order.

2. Send us an email with a jpeg attachment of your logo, including the style, colour and number of caps and delivery address (including postcode).

3. We will confirm your order by email but will not process your order until a stitch count has been done on your logo to ensure it is under 7000 stitches. (Logos that are above 7000 stitches will incur extra charges).

4. When the stitch count has been verified you will get a second email confirming the all-inclusive price and asking if you would like to proceed with your order (this can take several days).

5. If you would like to proceed then just confirm by email. (You can at this stage request an embroidered sample for a cost of £22+VAT, which will be added to your final invoice).

6. On your instruction to proceed, a new customer account will be opened. We request that all orders are paid for within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please be aware that unless otherwise arranged the maximum credit allowed is £500 incl. VAT.

7. Sit back... and await your order to arrive.
